Full payment is required minimum 30 days before arrival. Reservation Can be Made By Email or Phone and confirmed after 30% Deposit of the total amount.
Credit cards are accepted with a Zero Percent surcharge on the amount paid by card.
Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification. Upon Confirmation:
61 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost is retained
45 days prior to arrival: 20% of the Tour / service cost is retained
30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour /service cost is retained
29 days prior to arrival: 100% of the Tour / service cost is retained

Therefore, Novan Global Group cannot refund any of these services booked through us.
If you cancel due to sickness health issue or death in family a doctor certificate for the cancelled tour must be presented and dated for the cancelled date in order to deviate from full balance charge.
