Chale island is less than one mile long and one-half mile wide, Chale Island is an isolated stretch of wide sand beach and mangrove forest surrounded by the gorgeous azure waters of the Indian Ocean. A stunning white beach fringed by coral reefs and a tidal saltwater lake surrounded by a mangrove forest.
A diverse mixture of indigenous and tropical Flora that attracts a wide variety of fascinating insect and primate life.

Your beach getaway begins with pick up from Ukunda airstrip and transfer to your Diani resort. Check in to your beach resort and spend the rest of the day relaxing and sun bathing.
Our day tour to Chale island begin from your hotel at 8.00am, we transfer you to departure point then begin your boat ride to chale island. We will have a short stop over for snorkeling along the way, as you explore the ocean and with luck you might see the dolphins along the way.
We will also visit the mangroves around the Gazi area which is just opposite the island on the mainland.
The boat will drop you off on the island for lunch. Then you have a chance to sunbathe and swim in the hotel pool. After your 4.00 pm tea, you will leave the island and drive back to your hotel.
Spend this day relaxing & Sunbathing by the beach and enjoying the water sports available.
Drop off to the airport for your flight back to Nairobi.
